I’m tired of feeling like my blog is a half-assed effort at best.
So, I’m thinking about how to make it better. Which is another aspect of why I think blogging is effective at personal development.
In the meantime …. Dave Pollard recently sent me this response, in an email, to my wondering why organizations seem so resistant to blogs and blogging:
Why are blogs so strongly resisted? Simply because Execs want employees to shut up and do what they’re told. They like hierarchy. Nothing more complicated or insidious than that.
