While I have completed a rigorous coaching certification program (Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara), I don’t use methods like a step-by-step coaching plan or a set of formulaic questions, as many coaches do today.
My approach is to begin a conversation in which we discover together what are the obstacles, frustrations and opportunities for deep and sustainable improvements in effectiveness.
