Charlene Li has developed a short and concise presentation about the implications of the networked workplace for leaders.
By and large it reinforces Harold Jarche’s (and many others) notion that work has become a process of continual learning. I think it’s obvious that organizations should take greater notice and speed up a necessary adaptation to a new set of conditions. Dan Pontefract is pretty clear on that point.
Her presentation offers some clear and simple messages and examples about why and how interconnectedness leads to “a dynamic two way flow of power and authority“, and how to embrace and work with that flow.
